Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request or buy a service from OperatorVault. By approving a scope or paying for a service, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

OperatorVault is a service operated by DesignerDeskDesign, a registered business at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226021, India (“we”, “us”). DesignerDeskDesign is the business that issues quotes and invoices and receives payment. That is why the payment page, your receipt and your invoice show the DesignerDeskDesign name.

Digital templates sold on designerdeskdesign.com are covered by the terms shown there, not these.

2. Our services

We provide project-based work such as conversion audits, research briefs, presentation polish, AI workflow diagnosis and builds, and custom practice packs. Each project is defined in a written scope that you approve before work begins.

3. Scope, quote and approval

After your request, we send a scope that states the deliverables, the delivery date and the price. Work starts only after you approve the scope and payment is received. If you ask for changes to the scope, the price and date may change, and we will tell you before going ahead.

4. Payment

Prices are shown in INR or USD. You pay the amount in your quote through a Razorpay payment link. Any taxes are stated in the quote. Before you pay, check that the amount matches the quote you approved. If it does not, message us first. See before you pay.

5. Delivery and revisions

We deliver by WhatsApp, email or a download link, in the format agreed in the scope. Single-page audits are typically delivered within 24 hours of kickoff, and your quote states the exact date. Each order includes one round of revisions within the approved scope. Further changes are quoted separately.

We delete working files 48 hours after the project is completed. If you ask for a revision after that, we may ask you to send your material again.

6. What we need from you

You agree to give us accurate information and the access or files we ask for, on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you send us.

7. Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential and use it only for your project. We will sign a mutual NDA on request, before you share anything sensitive. Confidentiality does not cover information that is already public or that the law requires us to disclose.

8. Ownership of the work

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables made specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods, and you may use them as part of your deliverable. We will not name you or show your work publicly without your written permission.

9. Use of AI

We may use AI tools to speed up production. A person reviews every deliverable before delivery. You are responsible for checking that the work suits your use.

10. No guarantee of results

Audits, research and recommendations are based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, conversion rates, funding or rankings. Our work is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit.

12. Cancellation and refunds

13. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may decline or stop a project that breaks this rule, and we will explain why.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you approve a scope applies to that project.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
