Before you pay

The payment page will say DesignerDeskDesign. That is us. OperatorVault is a service operated by DesignerDeskDesign, the registered business in Lucknow that bills clients and receives payments.

Check these three things first

• You have approved a written scope and price for this project.
• The amount on the payment page matches your approved quote.
• The request came from us, on WhatsApp from +91 92772 54194 or by email from nitin@operatorvault.pro. If it came from anywhere else, message us before paying.

This page may show ₹0 until you enter the amount from your quote. Add your name and quote reference in the note box so we can match your payment.

What you will see

• The name DesignerDeskDesign on the Razorpay payment page, on your receipt and on your invoice.
• Razorpay’s secure checkout. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.

We will never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN or a card number on WhatsApp or by email.

What happens after you pay

1. Razorpay confirms your payment.
2. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm that work has started.
3. We deliver by the date in your quote. Single-page audits are typically delivered within 24 hours.

If you change your mind

You get a full refund if you cancel within 2 hours of paying and before delivery. The refund policy has the full details.
