This policy explains what personal information OperatorVault collects, why we collect it, and who sees it.
Who we are
OperatorVault is a service operated by DesignerDeskDesign, a registered business in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address if you share it, and what you ask for, including any links and files you send.
- Payment details from Razorpay: the amount, the date and a payment reference. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Technical data: our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when a page loads.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a scope and quote.
- To carry out and deliver the work you ordered.
- To send invoices, receipts and project messages.
- To keep the records that the law requires us to keep.
- To protect the site and our clients from fraud and misuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run OperatorVault:
- Razorpay, to take payments.
- Make.com, which passes your request form to our storage and messaging.
- Google Drive, where requests and project files are stored.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us or we message you.
- Cloudflare, for hosting and security.
- Google Fonts, as described above.
We may also share information with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these services process data outside India.
Confidential project material
Files and information you share for a project are used only for that project. If material is confidential, tell us and we will sign a mutual NDA before you share it. Where we use AI tools to help produce your work, a person reviews the result before it reaches you.
How long we keep it
- Project files are deleted automatically 48 hours after your project is completed.
- Your request details, quotes, invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies that it needs to protect the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email nitin@operatorvault.pro and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We use trusted providers and limit who can open your files. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
